There are notifications available. Once a booking confirmation is issued you will be asked whether to be notified via mobile or email. During this, you will know about every single move. Also, you will get the estimated time when your item is going to reach the final destination.
There are multiple ways of paying. You can always pay in cash to the driver, transfer money online or send a cheque. All customers will receive invoice as a proof of successful payment. We are implementing an ETFOS paying system too. However, it might take an additional couple of weeks before it is in use.
